Our general terms and conditions for reservations

 

A reservation and the related ordered menu or buffet is binding when confirmed by both sides per email, fax or mail. Reservations are binding for the number of persons indicated. The cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the event. From this point onwards, we charge 50% of the resulting menu price. If no menu has been defined by this time, we charge 35.00 € per person as a cancellation fee. We can change the number of people up to a maximum of 10 persons free of charge up to 2 working days prior to the event.

 

If you wish to pay per invoice, we require a settlement of cost with a legally binding signature and your full address as well as an authorization form with a credit card number with expiration date and CVC Code to guarantee the payment.
